A country’s broadband network is a basic infrastructure and a critical foundation for economic and societal development. Through the innovative services that emerge from such networks, everyone, including the disabled and the less-privileged, can be engaged and be part of the information society. I look forward to sharing ideas and contributing to the Broadband Commission.
